Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in original packaging.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs $10.95, which will be deducted from your refund.

Final Sale Items Accessories (hats, belt buckles, bandanas, sunglasses), footwear (boots, spurs), intimate apparel, and custom/personalized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process File returns through our website. After approval, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label. Refunds are processed 7-10 business days after we receive and review your item.

Damages Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us within 5 days at shop@rodeo-star.com if your item is defective or damaged.

International Returns International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any import duties.
